Virginia Tech Chooses Web-Based Prospect CRM System From CollegeNET

Virginia Tech today announced that it plans to add Prospect CRM – the comprehensive prospecting and communication management system from CollegeNET, Inc – to its well-established online admissions process.

Virginia Tech has been using CollegeNET’s Intelligent Connections® online application submission and processing technology since 1996. With the addition of Prospect CRM, the school will now enjoy a complete and fully automated recruiting and admissions system, including targeted communication management, contact data processing and storage, and comprehensive reporting tools.

Customizable Technology Gives Schools Individual Control

The Intelligent Connections online admissions system is patented SaaS technology, hosted transparently by CollegeNET. The company customizes its electronic application forms to match the website and support the brand of each of its higher education customers while allowing each institution to determine the content of its electronic forms. Intelligent Connections allows applicants to request and collect application materials, such as letters of recommendation and transcripts, directly through the online form. The system automatically attaches submitted materials to the corresponding application.
