Inworks Access 5.1 makes direct access to real-time invoice status and reporting faster for healthcare clients and suppliers
Portland, Ore., April 15, 2013
Inworks® Servicing, LLC, a Portland-based financial services company specializing specializing in cost-reduction and revenue-building strategies for healthcare systems, today announced it has added new upgrades to Inworks Access, the customer-and supplier-facing Web-based reporting feature of its Intelligent Pay automated payment platform.
The Inworks Access online reporting tool enables Inworks clients and suppliers to view the most current status of invoices and payments managed through the Intelligent Pay e-payment system. The upgraded Inworks Access 5.1 provides a faster and more intuitive user interface and more functionality, allowing healthcare clients and suppliers to generate a broader choice of reports, with faster and more precise results. Both buyers and suppliers have more information to help them manage cash flow more efficiently.
Backed by a 35-year history of innovative technologies for e-commerce and Web-based financial services, Intelligent Pay offers healthcare systems and their suppliers the broadest choice of secure, cost-saving and efficiency-boosting payment methods. The breadth of payment methods not only allows healthcare institutions to select a system that best suits their needs, it also offers their suppliers more appealing payment options and encourages them to participate in the hospital's e-payment program.
"Our mission is to bring an all-in-one invoice and payment automation solution to our healthcare clients to help them maximize AP efficiency and days cash on hand," said Inworks president and CEO Don Carlson. "Inworks Access gives clients and their suppliers an invaluable tool for managing cash. And now we're pleased to make that tool even faster and more informative for our clients."
The Intelligent Pay platform is the e-payment technology of Inworks' comprehensive Strategic AP® program. Strategic AP includes AP payment and invoice automation, and an AP funding arrangement through which Inworks pays supplier invoices up front on behalf of the hospital, allowing the hospital to repay invoice amounts on extended terms. This service helps hospitals maximize their working capital and increase revenue through rebates on paid invoices.
