I asked for a bill, can I now change it to pay with a credit card?

Q.

How can I get a receipt for my online payment?

A.

Your registration confirmation email includes the amount paid and acts as your receipt. If your accounting department requires something additional, contact uconf@collegenet.com

If I have special access needs, what should I do?

A.

If you have stated these needs on your registration form, we have been alerted and will do our best to accommodate. If you did not state them on your registration form, please contact uconf@collegenet.com as soon as possible.

What accessibility tools are you using for conference sessions?

A.

We are leveraging built-in Zoom capabilities to provide assistance to attendees.

Q.

Are substitutions permitted?

A.

Yes with few exceptions, if you would like to substitute one optional class attendee for another, contact uconf@collegenet.com

Q.

What is your registration and refund policy?

A.

All current CollegeNET customers are invited to attend the conference. By registering, you agree that you are a user of our products and services in good standing. You agree that your name as an attendee may be published. However, no list of attendees may be used for any commercial purpose by a third party. You agree that images, audio, or video of you recorded by CollegeNET may be used for educational or conference promotional purposes.

If you need to cancel an optional training course, full refund will be made only when you cancel by June 15, 2021. No full refunds or invoice recalls can be made for cancellations unless notification is received by CollegeNET by June 15, 2021. Cancellations received after June 15, 2021 are eligible for a 50% refund if CollegeNET is notified by June 30, 2021. After June 30, 2021, no refunds or invoice recalls in any amount will be issued.


Q.

Are there exceptions to your cancellation policy?

A.

Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis involving situations of personal or family emergency.

Q.

I have registered for a pre- or post-conference class. When will I receive more information about the class?

A.

Usually within 7-10 working days of submitting your registration for the class, you will receive a confirmation with some additional details about the class via email.
