The training classes below are being held in conjunction with our user conference as a convenience to our conference attendees. Only those attending the annual conference are eligible to attend. Internet Services Training Class - Post-Conference
Learning the features and functionality of the administrative system will be the focus of this one-day class. We'll provide Instruction for both the new and experienced user. Account managers will be available to help users with specific functionality, setup and customization.

July 31, 2009; 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday.

Fee
$375 per person.

X25...What Now? - Post-Conference
Your initial X25 orientation is over. Now what?! Help! How do you use X25 to answer the pressing questions about space usage and scheduling on your campus? This two-day post-conference seminar will be a leisurely-paced, hands-on opportunity for you to become comfortable with X25. You'll return to campus with new informational and analytical power at your fingertips! If you have X25 in use on your campus you can use your own data during the class.

Intended Audience
This seminar is intended for anyone who uses X25 to provide, receive or use space management information for the campus — registrars, institutional researchers, facility planners, provosts, deans of instruction and academic affairs, schedulers.

Prerequisites
R25 and X25 must be currently licensed.
You must have attended either the X25 Overview Seminar or the X25 Orientation Part 2.
It is recommended that the school's X25 site contain at least one snapshot so that you are able to work on your own data during the seminar.

July 31-August 1, 2009 / 2 days; 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Building Reports With R25 WebServices - Post-Conference
R25 WebServices is a component of Resource25 that provides access to R25 data through HTTP. Learn how to create reports that display anything found in the R25 database, in any way that you like.

Intended Audience
Programmers and other technical staff who want to create custom reports using the data found in the R25 database.

Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of R25 data
Basic knowledge of a relational database
Elementary programming experience
Optional, but suggested: familiarity with HTTP, XML, XSLT

July 31-August 2, 2009 / 2.5 days; 8:30am to 4:30pm, Friday and Saturday, 8:30am-12:00pm, Sunday.
