CollegeNET's Scholarship Election System
In 2007, CollegeNET launched the world's first scholarship social networking portal: www.collegenet.com. College-going students
compete for scholarships through participation in, and creation of, discussion and video forums. Unlike traditional scholarships
where students are blind to, or uninformed of, the selection process, CollegeNET's new election system encourages students to
actively learn from each other as they make their collective decisions and vote for one another. This peer scholarship method
delivered in a social networking setting creates a potent combination of vibrant competition, fairness, collective learning,
education, and scholarship sponsorship. Come learn more about this ongoing revolution and the exciting things that have
happened in the past year as well as where we plan to go in 2008 and beyond. |
Using CollegeNET to Maximize Development Opportunities
