Using R25 | R25 Data Preparation
The training classes below are being held in conjunction with our user conference as a convenience to our conference attendees. Only those attending the annual conference are eligible to attend. Using R25 - Pre-Conference
Learning R25's rich event scheduling functionality is the first task after data preparation. We will use CollegeNET's sample data during this course for hands-on training in how to schedule your classes and events.

Intended Audience
Academic and special event schedulers who will be using R25 to create and/or maintain classes and events.

Prerequisites
Participants must have experience using Windows 98, 2000, NT, XP or Vista. Your school must be a current R25 license holder for you to register for this course.

Duration
July 24-26, 2008 / 2.5 days; 8:30am - 4:30 pm, Thursday and Friday and 8:30am - 12:00 pm, Saturday.

Fee
$1,500 per person

R25 Data Preparation - Pre-Conference
This course is the launch pad for implementing R25. We'll teach you how to prepare your school's space, resource, organization, contact, and event data. We'll help you design a scheduling environment that reflects your scheduling practices.

Intended Audience
Primary academic and special event schedulers and scheduling managers.

Prerequisites
Participants must have experience using Windows 98, 2000, NT, XP or Vista. Your school must be a current R25 license holder for you to register for this course and must have a functional R25 campus installation ready for use.

July 24-26, 2008 / 2.5 days; 8:30am - 4:30 pm, Thursday and Friday and 8:30am - 12:00 pm, Saturday.
